At Elizabeth Bay, our team is deep into a complete strip-out and rebuild of a two-storey penthouse apartment, with all new electrical and plumbing services going in alongside parquetry flooring, curved plasterwork around the stairs and fireplaces, and an extensive joinery package.

Working within an occupied building has meant navigating some tight constraints, including no dedicated services lift, and strict noise restrictions from building management, while still delivering the fit and finish this apartment demands. Marble finishes and Italian glass pendant lighting are next on site, following closely behind the joinery.

It's detailed, considered work inside a live building and it calls on the same coordination and craftsmanship FS Hough brings to every project, just within four walls instead of a construction site.
