Kiora, Mosman
At Kiora, our team is deep in excavation, working to retain the existing structure on site while digging in and underneath it to create new levels below, including a five-storey shaft and stairwell.
It's a steep, unstable site, and one that calls for heavy involvement from our geotechnical engineers at every stage to keep the works safe as ground conditions are managed. The project is expected to take 18 to 20 months to complete, with groundworks currently taking longer than first anticipated.
