Excavation on the steep site at Tamarama, an excavator below the street with the ocean beyond

Tamarama, Bondi

Currently in the excavation and demolition phase, this new build at Tamarama began with rock saws and hammers before moving into drilling rigs for the geothermal bores, a similar setup to our Esplanade project.

The site sits on a street with two other major builds underway, adding an extra layer of coordination to keep works running smoothly alongside neighbouring trades and site teams. As the build progresses, we'll be sharing more from site. This is shaping up to be one of our most technically involved geothermal projects yet.
